Multi-Flute Routers - 9 flutes diameter 0.375" upwards |

Advantages include:
Some success has been achieved by using diamond impregnated routers.
The limiting factor of these routers are the poor geometric tolerances
and surface finishes achieved.
Our new
multi-flute routers are used with your current cutting data, increasing
the number of cutting edges and reducing the chip load per tooth.
Internally the reduced tooth load reduces the cutting pressure and the
risk of delamination of the outer surfaces.
